The Evergreen Homeowners Association represents the 76 homes in Phase 1 of the Evergreen development. The HOA include 35 singles on Longwood Drive, 40 townhouses on Ridgeway Drive, and 1 single on S. Madder Drive.
The Evergreen Homeowners Association represents the 76 homes in Phase 1 of the Evergreen development. The HOA include 35 singles on Longwood Drive, 40 townhouses on Ridgeway Drive, and 1 single on S. Madder Drive.
The Evergreen Homeowners Association is governed and managed by the Executive Board. The Executive Board is comprised of five homeowners, elected at the annual meetings. Members of the Executive Board are non-paid volunteers who give their time to help maintain and improve the community.
The Association is responsible for the perpetual maintenance and care of three parcels of land in Phase 1—Open Space #1, #2, and #3—deeded to the Association by the developer. The maintenance responsibility includes:
8.28 acres of grass mowing, trimming, weed spraying and general landscaping
Open Space #1 — 2.06 acres
Open Space #2 — 2.88 acres
Open Space #3 — 3.34 acres
Two stormwater detention areas and related infrastructure; one area is surrounded with approximately 445 ft. of vinyl fence
Approximately 900 ft. of concrete sidewalks bordering Open Spaces #1, #2, and #3
Approximately 3,500 ft. of property boundaries, including large mature trees and fence line brush
Approximately 4,800 ft. of walking paths (4,250 ft. gravel & 550 ft. paved)
