New roofs shall be installed with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray (or the equivalent color & style from manufacturers Owens Corning or CertainTeed)
Double hung windows; white vinyl with white 5/8" flat colonial style internal grilles
Vinyl siding 5" Dutch lap; gray with woodgrain pattern
Approved: CertainTeed Main Street, 5" Dutch lap in Oxford Blue
